Appointment Details: In order to secure your requested tour appointment you will need to confirm your appointment with a credit card (much like you would confirm a hotel reservation).
WE DO NOT CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD.
However, if you do not show up for your scheduled appointment (fail to cancel your appointment within 72 hours of your scheduled appointment time), you will be charged a $100 no show fee.
Once you complete the appointment process, you will receive an email confirmation and a Farrell representative will contact you by phone or email to confirm your appointment's date and time.
Remember: You can cancel your appointment at anytime within 72 hours of your scheduled appointment time without any charges.
If you already wear a hair system...
Sometimes our tours are conducted 'one on one' in hotels.
If you decide to meet us in a hotel at a tour city, please have your hair system on tape or with an attachment that can be easily removed.
