"Richard and Laura, I wish to thank you and your staff in Los Angeles for the professionalism and kindness you all extended to Robert and I and of course to our girl Tiffany last week. As I'm sure you can imagine, this has been a difficult year dealing with Tiffany's illness and then her hair loss. She has become so much more confortable in her new hair and Robert and I are fast becoming experts at helping her put her hair on and taking it off. We are beginning to see how true it is that when she looks good, she feels better. That is what is important to us.
