Los Angeles, California, February 27th, 2008 - Several onetime-Bollywood heartthrobs, crestfallen with the ticklish secret of receding hairlines, are making a desperate beeline to the Kerala Capital next week. Varying in age and glamour quotients, what is common in this Southward rush is the hope pinned firmly on a prior-fixed session with Hollywood's hair replacement messiah Richard Farrell.
Farrell is opening his first Indian studio in Trivandrum on February 27. His other facilities are in New York, Los Angles and London.
According to US-based beauty business solutions firm Tranzent, associating with Richard Farrell in this Indian venture, the upcoming hair replacement studio facility in Trivandrum is "Farrell's greatest international presence so far". Farrell is known for appearances on televised talk shows, at trade shows, hair loss conventions, workshops, seminars across the globe.
His Kerala visit, part of his Personal Design Session Tour from February 25 to March 2, 2008, is also to offer non-surgical hair replacement consultations for his clients, some from Bollywood. Appointments had been made earlier.
A Tranzent release quotes Richard Farrell as commenting that the new Indian studio was for ensuring "their clients') comfort, convenience and privacy". Within a week of the tie up, the location for the Indian facility was identified at the Southern beach city, according to Unnikrishnan, director (operations), Tranzent-Farrell said.
